Icefield Parkway

After I left Jasper I went to Mount Robson Prov. Park and after I started to cover the 230km drive on the Icefield Parkway which took me 3 days to complete. The weather wasn't the best but I still could get some nice shots of the Athabascan and Sunwaptha Falls and the glaciers and colourful lakes. I spent the first night in an alpine hostel with no power and running water but the panecakes in the morning were delicious.

Athabascan Falls
Sunwaptha Falls

After passing the Columbia Icefield seeing some Bighornsheep and a Grizzly I spent the second night on a campground.

The third day started cloudy but around noon it started to clear up and I could see more of the beautiful scenery on the way to Lake Louise
